Information and referrals services at NCILS allow for easy access to critical information that a person with a disability may need.  It includes basic information on many topics, for example:

• equipment
• financial assistance
• recreation
• housing
• attendant care
• support groups

Who is eligible for NCILS’ services?

Any person who has a disability and a need to live more independently is eligible for services at NCILS.  There are no restrictions based upon the individual’s age or disability.
